While working at a design firm in 2014 I had the pleasure of helping a Fortune 500 Company, Chicago Title Company, refresh their entire brand in order to appeal to younger demographics. Knowing the potential scope of this project, we took each step along the way delicately. Starting with their local offices we rebranded smaller items such as color palette, business cards layout, new fonts and more. As each asset was approved and praised by the executives and stakeholders, we worked up the corporate ladder, eventually diving head in and redesigned all of the marketing materials for all 300+ Chicago Title US offices. My biggest challenge was to get all personnels involved in the decision making to stay focused without consistent delay. Another hurdle was working with the local vendors (of each city) to ensure brand consistency. I created design guides for external vendors and internal marketing teams to follow and personally reviewed each finished product before final delivery.
